1. User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mario88 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the mario88 platform — including the website, gaming services, payment systems and support channels — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms stated here.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Registration Requirements:

• Each user is only allowed to hold one account active at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration — including name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile number and email — must be accurate and current.
• Users are fully responsible for ensuring their account password is not shared with any other party.
• mario88 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.

Players who register using false information or another person's information without authorisation will be subject to immediate account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mario88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or supported cryptocurrencies. Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours once the request is approved.

mario88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges outside of mario88's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the mario88 support team. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements where applicable.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

mario88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. The main offer is a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus Wagering Requirements:

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Wagering must be completed using the bonus funds before any withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.
• mario88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any related winnings if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

All other promotions — including VIP member cashback, referral bonuses and periodic promotions — have their own terms which will be stated on the relevant promotions page. mario88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotional offer without prior notice.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the mario88 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited to ensure fairness. mario88 is not responsible for losses that result from valid game outcomes.

In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on mario88's server records, which are considered final. If the interruption occurs before the game result is determined, the related bet will be voided and the funds returned to the player's account.

For sports and live match games, all bets placed before an event starts are binding unless the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the period set by mario88's sports provider.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Use

The following are strictly prohibited on the mario88 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of data manipulation, hacking or attempts to breach mario88's systems.
• Collaboration between players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Use of a mario88 account for money laundering or criminal activities.
• Registration and use of an account by individuals under 21 years of age.
• Transfer of funds between different player accounts without mario88's authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and further action which may include reporting to the relevant authorities if illegal activity is involved.

7. Data Privacy and Security

mario88 collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with the established Privacy Policy. Data collected is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, customer support and service improvement.

mario88 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, unless required by law or regulatory obligations.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Closure at player's request: You may contact the mario88 support team via live chat or email to close your account at any time. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard policy before the account is closed.

Suspension by mario88: mario88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any player who:

• Violates any of the terms and conditions stated here.
• Provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Is involved in suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Is found to be under 21 years of age.

Players whose accounts are suspended for valid reasons have the right to submit a written appeal to the mario88 support team within 30 days from the date of suspension.
